The property was fairly nice and comfortable. The only ossues i had were access to the hot tub and the ski locker area. The hot tub access required a very long route through the parking garage and hallways. The locker area had a snowboard ski rack at the exit with lockers surrounding. People utilized this as a staging area and it made it difficult (with the rack)to negotiate your way through people getting dressed. I really liked the location close to the slopes and adjacent to the skating pond.

Sounds like you were there when a lot of people were using the ski locker. Usually it's pretty empty, but I can see how the additional snowboard/ski storage they have installed would make it crowded when there are a lot of people around. We were very pleased with the unite we rented. It felt homey. The gift basket and welcome bottle of wine was nice and unexpected a touch. We had to contact the rental company for assistance twice and they were very quick in responding to our needs and very helpful. We did appreciate the convenience of the in unite washer and dryer. It took us a while to figure out the correct use of the pliers to turn on the light in the bathroom, but all was well.

I recommend this property to any family looking to spend a great vacation in a beautiful ski resort. The service and prices are unbeatable.
